Sparkle Webster is an HR professional with over eight years of experience spanning healthcare, government contracting, real estate, and international nonprofit sectors. At AllProfit HR, she oversees business operations as Administrator and serves as Lead HR Business Partner, specializing in talent acquisition, engagement, learning and development, and strategic human capital planning.

 

Holding degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management, Sparkle is known for her integrity, empathy, and dedication to treating others with value and respect. Guided by her purpose to be a blessing, she brings compassion and excellence to every role she fulfills.

Johnika Nixon is an Organizational Development Practitioner with 20 years of experience driving workplace effectiveness, creativity, and continuity.

Johnika has served in diverse higher education settings—from flagship universities to minority-serving community colleges—specializing in organizational design, change management, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development.

 

Holding a B.S. in Human Resources from Temple University and an M.Ed. in Adult Education from Salisbury University, Johnika also brings unique perspectives as a Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator, Yoga & Meditation Guide, and licensed Cosmetologist, helping individuals and organizations align systems with well-being and growth.
