Hi! I am Michelle Nicholson (she/her/hers), the Chief Executive Architect of Powerful Intent and Purpose at AllProfit HR. I have over 17 years of comprehensive experience in people, culture, and organizational systems. I can not believe that I have been able to do what I love for almost two decades. I have had the distinct pleasure of working for and providing human resources services to multiple organizations within the Washington, DC, Atlanta, and New York City Metropolitan areas. My titles have ranged from Human Resources Specialist to Manager, Director, and most recently, Chief People Officer. My experience includes but is not limited to human resource policies, professional recruitment, employee engagement, benefits management, disciplinary measures, labor relations, cost analysis, decision-making, justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and executive coaching.

The Qualifications
In addition to having a bachelor's degree, I have two master's degrees in Human Resources Management and Human Resources Development. I am a self-proclaimed "HR geek" and life-long learner, and I continue to advance my knowledge in the People and Culture field with passion. I hold the following certifications: Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), and a Healthcare Corporate Compliance Certification.

This fall I will complete my pre-certification credentials to be an Executive Leadership and Relational Coach with the CoActive Training Institute. I am giving my introductory coaching package to two small business owners to celebrate my accomplishment. The coaching sessions will begin in September 2022 and do not need to be HR-related.
