I'll be honest—entrepreneurship is a daily faith walk. Some mornings, I wake up questioning the decision to leave executive stability for the unpredictable rhythm of entrepreneurship. The weight feels different when you're the one checking the bank account, managing payroll projections, and carrying decisions that once belonged to boards and executive teams.

But in my quiet moments, even with the shakiness, I'd still choose this.

Every single time.

Here's what I'm learning: surrender isn't a one-time event. It's hourly. Sometimes by the minute. And that's okay. Faith and uncertainty aren't opposites—they're companions on this journey. We walk by faith, not by sight, but our steps can still be unsteady. That's the process, not a failure of belief.

We're Doing More Than One Thing

Rarely are any of us just working. We're balancing families, friendships, side hustles, education, passion projects. We're building lives and legacies worth living—goals that extend far beyond profit margins. And we're never doing it alone, even when it feels lonely.

This gratitude season, I'm reminded that vitalized employees and entrepreneurs are the heartbeat of thriving communities. We're ambitious not just for ourselves, but for the collective good we can create together.
