Snapshot: In The Beginning

#TBT The year is 2019, one year after launching my business AllProfit HR. I recall snapping this photo while sitting at the table contemplating my life. Was I doing this?

What you don't see behind this picture is all the energy was happening around me - finishing my second master's degree, relationship cycles, and processing my business licensing.

Fast forward - it is 2022. And not only am I here, I am STILL here. My vision. My little tiny vision became a thriving business. AllProfit HR has four employees, we are a verified Maryland State and Federal Minority Business supplier, and we have steady clientele who benefit significantly from our HROD services. Are you next?

External Human Resources

Often businesses do not have the resources to sustain a full-time staff member to handle these critical and sensitive topics such as JEDI - Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. AllProfitHR's virtual and in-person services can save you upwards of 70% cost of a full-time HR staff. Do not limit the vast scope of HR to an expense; evolve your perspective to view this opportunity as an investment to change the narrative.
