Why "AllProfit HR"? How Our Name Connects To Our Mission



A Name Is Significant


When developing my business concept, the name AllProfit HR came to me instantly. At first glance, it may seem puzzling. AllProfit? In Human Resources (HR)Isn't HR about people, not profits? Delve deeper with me, and you'll discover how perfectly our name captures our purpose.


In most companies, HR balances employer and employee advocacy. Leadership focuses solely on the bottom line. This dichotomy leaves HR professionals stuck in the middle, mediating needs on both sides. Employees often feel marginalized in the quest for revenue.




The Powerful Intent & Purpose Behind AllProfit HR


My mission was to reimagine this model wholly. I envisioned an HR approach dedicated to mutual understanding between employer and employee. A win-win culture where both the company AND the individuals benefit. After all, an organization can only excel if employees are engaged and happy.


This mission inspired the name AllProfit HR. The term "all profit" has a double meaning here. First, it represents that comprehensive HR practices lead to a stellar culture and, consequently, profitability for the company. When employees feel valued, turnover r drops, productivity rises, and the bottom line prospers.


But more importantly, AllProfit HR means just that - all profit. Everyone associated with the business, in essence, 'profits' or benefits when there is a culture of belonging. Employees profit through meaningful work, development opportunities, and work-life balance. Employers profit or benefit through retention, innovation, and a thriving organizational ecosystem—customers and community also profit from an ethical, empowered business.



How do we accomplish this? 


Through human resources strategies built on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI). Dedicated to belonging, we also advise businesses and their workforce talent to:
