I still pinch myself. Seven years ago, while completing my second master's degree, I dipped my toe into entrepreneurship. As we celebrate AllProfit HR's anniversary this month, I love reflecting on our journey. And talk about divine alignment. How fitting that March 14 is National Learn About Butterflies Day, given our butterfly logo symbolizes the transformation we bring to organizations.

Like the butterfly's remarkable journey from caterpillar to winged wonder, the HR landscape has undergone a profound metamorphosis.
